Restaurants nearby & a great community. Nghtly roaming cocktail parties & the fishing is amazing. We sit where an estuary enters the Sea of Cortez and you can see unlimited stars at night and birds during the day!
There is a toilet and sink in the trailer, BUT the showers are public for the park. They are NOT inside the trailer.Â
They are really clean and nice, though.

We offer luxurious mountain cabins set in nature on the Colorado river near Rocky Mountain National Park (7 of them in varying sizes) and two Ocean front rentals in Mexico. One is a 37' beachfront RV with a built on extra bedroom, kitchen, dining room, and family area ($80-90/nt) the other a HUGE Beach Front mansion-sleeps 12--that comes with staff and a boat with captain for deep sea fishing, if requested($400-500/nt-fishing extra).
